As a part of the system use, the user agrees to comply with all of the legal obligations, such as the protection of the privacy of any entity, including various recipients, as defined above, and along with the complete obedience to requirements of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 – 1981.

The company will be allowed to use the information provided to it by the user for internal purposes only.

The company agrees not to transfer to any third party and not to use for itself the list of recipients and the information that will be uploaded by the user to the system without obtaining the user’s consent.

The company does not share personal information and does not identify the user with any third party without the user’s consent.

The company will share specific personal information about the user if it is required to do so to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, summons to court/tribunal, law or a court/tribunal order, or any other juridical instance. 

The user hereby agrees and confirms that the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf may access his/her system account at any time, inter alia (but not only), to perform technical tests and/or assist the customer with any questions and/or to treat the malfunctions in the system and/or its work.

The company takes precautions to secure customer data and recipient lists in the system. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of the information, to maintain the accuracy of the data, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, the company has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative procedures protecting and securing the information. The servers on which the company stores personally identifiable information are managed in a secure environment behind firewalls and encryption protective algorithms.

The company takes acceptable precautions, as noted above, that is at its disposal to preserve, as far as possible, the user’s personal information. In cases beyond its control and/or due to force majeure, the company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user and/or anyone acting on his behalf, including the cases when these details are lost and/or reached by any party and/or were used in any unauthorized way.
